As a motion graphic artist and visual director based in the USA, I had the privilege of working on a video explainer that shed light on the Syrian and Russian governments’ responsibility for 58 double-tap airstrikes on civilian and humanitarian targets in Syria, with the Russians having used the same technique in Ukraine. This explainer was based on an investigation by the “Syria Justice and Accountability Center” I was responsible for visually directing the project and creating motion graphics, map animation, and charts to bring the report to life.
Through stunning motion graphics and engaging animations, I was able to help communicate the complexities of the investigation and the gravity of the situation in Syria to a wide audience. As a motion graphic artist and visual director, my goal was to create a visually captivating explainer that effectively conveyed the important information presented in the report.
I used my skills in motion graphics, map animation, charts, and character design to create a dynamic and engaging explainer video that successfully communicated the report’s findings. With the use of captivating visuals and innovative animation techniques, I was able to create a video that was both informative and engaging.
